“BONIATO ASADO CON FILLED WITH GUACAMOLE AND VEGAN CHEESE SAUCE WITH MASALA TURQUÍA YERBAL”

As we have so little left to bring our line of Curry’s and Masalas to the market, we are going to take advantage of it to take out super healthy recipes where we can use our new products. On this occasion we will accompany our dish with Masala Bio Turkey and Oregano BIO, both from Yerbal.

Recipe: “Roasted Boniato with guacamole filling and vegan cheese sauce”

preparation:

  • We bake the sweet potato at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • We make the guacamole with avocado, purple onion, tomato, lemon juice, salt and oil.
  • Fill the bionat with the guacamole.
  • Prepare the sauce: We put the cashews in soak for 8 hours, we crush it with lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt and a little water to make it creamy.
  • We add the Masala Turkey Yerbal and ready to eat 😀
