GUCKS “CARROT CAKE” with Cinnamon, Ginger and Nutmeg.

A new rich and healthy recipe we bring to our website today …

“Carrot Cake” porridge with the following spices Yerbal BIO:

– Ground cinnamon

– Ground ginger

– Nutmeg

– Ingredients (4 people):
1 liter of milk
120 g of oat flakes
1 apple
1 grated carrot
40 g of raisins
50 g pecan nuts
1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg and 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger Yerbal
120 g of Greek yogurt
Sweetener to taste

– Boil the milk in a pan over a fire. As soon as it breaks to boil, lower to medium-low heat and add the oat flakes. Do not stop stirring.
– When it has begun to thicken (after about 7-8 minutes), add the spices Yerbal, the apple in cubes, the grated carrot and the raisins. Sweeten to taste.
– Continue cooking until it reaches the desired consistency. Serve with pecans, a spoonful of yogurt and more apple, carrot and raisins on top.
