The recipe is Stuffed Tomato Extremadura cause and couscous spiced with the Indian masala Yerbal … good looking true ??? Follow these simple steps and make a delicious recipe that brings a lot of energy.

• Empty the tomato to later roast it.
• Once emptied fill the tomato with a potato parmentier linked with rosemary oil and passed by Chinese (Causa Extremadura).
• Prepare the couscous accompanying it with chopped vegetable and specifying it with the Masala India Yerbal BIO.
• Fill the tomato with the couscous.
• Sauté some wild asparagus to give the final touch to the recipe.
