Today in cooking with Yerbal we have:
Cold Gachas “Chai”
Yerbal BIO spices used:
– Ground cinnamon
– Ground ginger

COLD GHACHES “CHAI”:
– Ingredients (4 people):
1 liter of almond milk
160 g of oat flakes
50 g of chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavor
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon Yerbal
1/2 teaspoon ground Yerbal ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg Yerbal
1/2 teaspoon ground Yerbal cardamom seeds
30 g of rolled almonds
30 g grated coconut
– In four bowls, mix the almond milk, the oatmeal flakes, the chia seeds, the vanilla and the Yerbal spices. Remove everything very well so that it is perfectly mixed.
– Cover the bowls with plastic wrap and let it sit overnight in the fridge, so that the oatmeal is hydrated and the chia seeds take on a gelatinous consistency.
– In the morning, remove the porridge and decorate with the rolled almonds and grated coconut.
– Enjoy and get energized for the day !!
