SALAD OF LENTILS AND WHEAT SARRACENO.

NEW RECIPE WITH YERBAL SPICES !!
Salad of lentils and buckwheat.
Spices used:
– BIO Yerbal sweet paprika
– Cayena Molida BIO Yerbal
– Turmeric BIO Yerbal

– Ingredients (4 people):
400 g of cooked lentils
100 g of buckwheat
120 g of green shoots
1 grated carrot
200 g of cooked beet, cut in cubes
1 spring onion, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika, 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric Yerbal
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
Salt and pepper to taste
– Boil the buckwheat in water with salt (two parts of water for one of the cereal, in volume) for 10 minutes. Let cool.
– Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the oil, vinegar and spices.
– Assemble the salad in a bowl mixing the sprouts, the beet, the carrots, the spring onion, the lentils and the buckwheat.
– Season and season with the vinaigrette.
