Today we bring to the web a new recipe with our Masala Asia by Yerbal BIO. This recipe has been prepared by the super chef Sara from @avenayaguacate, visit her on Instagram and on her website www.avenayaguacate.com that has incredible recipes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 g of rice noodles
  • 1 l chicken broth
  • 1/2 l of coconut vegetable drink
  • 200 g of prawns
  • 200 g rolled mushrooms
  • 200 g of spinach
  • 1 clove of chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons masala Asia de Yerbal.
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • Olive oil
  • Ground cayenne and fresh coriander chopped to taste

PREPARATION

  1. In a casserole, brown the garlic and ginger in olive oil. When the garlic is golden (be careful not to burn), add the Masala Arabia, stir a couple of seconds and pour the chicken broth.
  2. When the broth breaks to boil, lower to medium heat and incorporate prawns, mushrooms, spinach, coconut drink, lime juice, cayenne (if desired spicy) and cilantro. Boil for about 5 minutes and add the rice noodles, which will be al dente after about 3-4 minutes (see package instructions).
  3. Serve the soup with more chopped cilantro on top.
